The tongue is a fire James 3 v 6

You can have the very best intentions, the noblest ideas, & perhaps the most well-thought-out plans, yet communicate them so clumsily that they end up looking utterly foolish.

Communication is not merely opening your mouth & speaking. It is an art. It is a skill. It is strategy. It is knowing what to say, when to say it, how to say it, & just as importantly, what not to say.

Those who have mastered this craft should be respected & paid accordingly, because they understand that words can either build confidence or burn down everything you’ve spent years trying to create.

You don’t just open your mouth… gbaaaaaaa!… & empty whatever is on your mind before an already agitated, emotionally charged, baited crowd. That isn’t communication; that’s handing petrol to people already surrounded by fire.

Why feed a frenzy when your duty is to calm it? Why amplify panic when you should be inspiring confidence? Why create confusion when clarity is what the moment desperately demands?.

A careless sentence can destroy what a thousand good intentions cannot save. In critical moments, how you communicate is often far more important than what you communicate.

Communication isn’t noise. It is leadership. And leaders who fail to understand that often become the greatest enemies of their own good intentions.
